Who are The Fundraising Club?

The Fundraising Club CIC is a not for profit company that helps sports clubs, charities and community organisations raise reliable, long-term income through simple, supporter-led fundraising. It helps clubs and organisations turn community support into lasting funding via a lottery.

For every £10 monthly lottery ticket, £6 goes directly back to the club or organisation, creating a sustainable income stream to support facilities, equipment and community projects

Draws

Cut off for each monthly lottery draw: 
20th of each month at 9:59pm

The Big Monthly Draw
Draws take place on the last day of every month.Supporters have the chance to win one of 22 prizes available. Winners of first prize then have a chance to win an additional prize of £20,00, taking the total prize win to £25,000. There is a 1 in 6 chance to win the bonus
prize at this stage.

Fab Friday
Draws take place 4x per month on the first 4 Fridays of the month. Players are eligible for the weekly draws after they 
have participated in one monthly draw.

What happens after the player signs up?

Welcome email
Players who sign up receive a welcome email from your lottery to the email address supplied. This confirms the players lottery number and details of how to
contact the lottery team should any questions arise.

Sometimes a welcome email enters the customers spam or junk mail email folders. If a welcome email is not received, please first ask the customer to check their junk or spam folder for the welcome email and add the lottery email address to their safe senders list. We use this email address to contact winners as well as manage customer queries. The email address and phone number supplied is unique to your The Fundraising Club lottery.

Gourmet Society
The player will also receive their activation code with their welcome email with instructions on how to use it. Gourmet Society membership is a monthly benefit and will cancel if the

What are the odds of winning a prize?
In each Big Monthly Draw there are 22 prizes to be won, then a chance at winning the bonus draw are 1 in 6 for the winner. Each week after the players first monthly draw, players are entered into the Fab Friday draws, there are 8 prizes to be won in each of the 4 weekly draws per month. What happens when a player wins?
The lottery operations team will attempt to contact winners by phone or email. Winners will have to have their age verified by our 3rd party verification service - Lexis Nexis. Winning payments cannot be made to the payment card used to play, so additional details will be requested. The lottery operations team will talk through this with the lucky supporter.
